Our yarn twisting divisions mainly focus on process that blends fibres or yarns together in a continuous strand, accomplished in spinning or playing operations

Knit Divisions

Our knitting division is operated in 3 different locations with different specialities.

  1. Knitting Plant 1 focuses on Single Jersey and Spandex

  2. Knitting Plant 2 focuses on Interlock, Slub, Jersey, Mélange, and Baby Terry

  3. Knitting plant 3 focuses on Jacquard

Exhaust Dyeing

Exhaust dyeing is one of the most popular dyeing methods. Most of the dyes could be used for exhaust dyeing of textile material. The exhaust dyeing process is used for staple fibre dyeing. Yarn and fabric could be dyed by exhaust dyeing method. Dye solution or dye bath is produced by dissolving the dyestuff according to required liquor ratio

Finishing

Tensionless drying process to minimize shrinkage

Stable drying and pre-heat set method process with Stenter. Open-Width Compactor to reduce fabric peeling and increase bulkiness of fabrics
